Understanding the User

In my research, I was most curious about how digital nomads are making decisions, how they live, what's on their mind when they are booking flights, and what will be better for them.
Eventually, Digital nomads chose a different, independent way of living, and with the time, they are "mastering" this way of life.

Primary target users for this project were digital nomads, aged 26-35, who have been nomads at least two years, and are working only remotely.
For my user research, I interviewed 20 digital nomads to understand better the challenges they are dealing with to get the best solution.

The Target Audience

Defining the Problem

Digital nomads have a dynamic lifestyle, more than most people.
They are spending a lot of time searching for flights, recommendations, and more, wasting precious time for something that is part of the routine.

The Challenge

To create a flight-booking app for all the unique needs of the digital nomads lifestyle.

The Solution

A suitable app for flight booking that will answer the digital nomad's needs and lifestyle.
